Change in the management of SATEL Oy

THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF SATEL OY
The new Managing Director, Mr. Tuomas PITKÄNEN has started in the Company as of the 15th of August. He is 39 years of age and has an education of applied physics, MScEE. He comes to us from Elcoteq Oyj, where he was responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) activities over 7 years and managing a department of 200 employees worldwide.The Founder and former CEO of the Company, Mr. Pekka Aura will continue on the Board of Directors as a member of the board and as well as supporting operative management in the separately agreed operations.
This change in the Company’s management doesn’t convert its line of business and has no effect on its ownership.
